Warmest greetings to all!
It's been a while since I posted here because of so many other projects going on, but here's some "freebee" info on how to literally "cure" your acidic stomach problems once & for all. I had this horrible disorder for years and I really feel deep sorrow for those who deal with it everyday like I did and this is what worked for me. It's very simple actually, so here's the info...
Anti-reflux tea recipe:
8 oz. of warm distilled water
1 Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar (Braggs brand is best)
1 Tablespoon of raw honey (If your diabetic, use stevia powder instead)
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda (optional)
Mix all together & drink it down quickly 30 minutes before you eat your meals.
Also, to help further along your healing, you should only eat soft foods, like soups, refried beans, jello, peanut butter (not crunchy!), bananas, avocados, or any other types that you can think of. No chips, crackers, or anything with an "edge" to it, because you will open up the wounds caused by the acid which has wreaked havoc on your poor esophagus. Do this food regimen for at least 3-5 days to give it time to heal, then add on regular foods slowly. Another very important tip is to lose weight, excersize, and eat more fruits & veggies. A raw food diet will vastly improve your health, help you lose those unneeded pounds, and make you acid reflux free! Also, VERY IMPORTANT! Drink 8-10 glasses of clean, pure, water a day. Reason being is that when we don't drink enough water, we will dehydrate, which really hinders proper digestion, thus causing gastric problems that YOU don't need. I hope this helps many of you that read this post. Please leave comments if you find healing in this all natural method. It's so sad that people on the internet charge money for this information that I am just giving out for free. (yes, I paid for it...) But I believe in helping my fellow human beings when I can, so here's my little contribution to the world. ;) Take care & may you all live more frugally and enjoy doing it! Until next time soon...
